Who are we

We are Hiotlabs, a company founded in 2015 on a mission to change the world for the better with the use of modern, cutting-edge technology. We work to prevent and minimise the magnitude of property damage, by offering a leading portfolio of cost-effective hardware together with intelligent and efficient alarm handling through our own Prevention-as-a-Service platform, Fairtrail.

In 2020 we got acquired by the Polygon group and thereby became a part of their water damage prevention service offering. Together we create great societal value through early leak detection and rapid recovery, decreasing the need for drying and restoration work. Which not only save cost of restoration for our customers, but also have a positive impact on the environment with reduced CO2 emissions!
